Dear UAWC employees:

To provide an easy way for the UA Writing Center to deliver snacks, I created a marshmallow launcher. In this design project, I created a box that would be appealing to both the staff and students using the writing center. I worked independently to create my design model for the UAWC. While designing this marshmallow launcher, my main goal was to create a tool that can quickly and easily deliver snacks. My only problem with my design is that the spoon did not launch as far as I would have liked it to. A solution to this problem would be to add more rubber bands for leverage and practicing more before the competition.  

The competition day results showed at good accuracy in shooting the marshmallows at a ten feet radius and a strong logos and overall rhetorical appeal.  My launcher consists of WC terms from the web, pictures of the WC, a picture of Nick Saban, UA colors and list of services provided by the WC.

I believe my launcher would be the best fit for the UA Writing Center because of it’s design and cheap cost of $4. As a General Service and Support Worker, I want to provide for the writing center in the best way possible. When choosing a launcher, please keep in mind the quality and productivity of my launcher.
